Tom’s vacation is over and we dropped him at the airport this morning to get his flight back to Indiana. Since it was his last night in town we decided to take him out to eat last night. His choice? “I’d like to eat somewhere that I get to use chopsticks.” I guess he doesn’t get much of that in Terre Haute. We went to Dabin where we all got one of our favorite cold weather dishes – Dolsot Bibim Bap.
That’s rice, beef and vegetables in a very hot stone bowl with a fried egg on top. Yum.
