The Great Race
The Great Race set off this weekend. That’s a famous rally for older cars. This year, they’re going all the way from Maine to Florida. Last night they reached Lowell. We went over to check it out.

… to the practical.
Once all of the competitors had arrived safely, and the cars were all parked on the cobblestone streets, everybody started milling around, taking pictures, …
… and swapping stories.
It wasn’t all fun and games though. Some of the cars required a lot of hard work to get ready for the next day.
