Back to School
We went back to school today I’m in 7th grade now. I like all of my teachers. My science teacher’s lost and found is very different he has a warthog head on the wall and all the jackets people leave behind he hangs on the nose. My math teacher is very fun and jokes around a lot. The school bought new Spanish textbooks which are online as well as being at school. They also bought iPod touch 3rd gen for the language classes because we don’t have a language lab and they would work as one. Another new thing is they bought new laptops
My friend Mark is in more than half of may classes. At least 4 classes per day! I met another person who wants to go to Australia. Before he does this he wants a scuba license so he can scuba in the barrier reef. I wish I could go with him when he does that because I liked scuba diving in Aruba. In my math class is my friend Will who I met with at least once a week in the summer. Will likes the math teacher too.
The NYTimes has an article on a new Sol LeWitt piece being installed in the NY subway. It’s pretty neat. It looks a lot like one of the pieces in the Mass MOCA exhibit, but it’s done in porcelain tiles instead of ink.
