Goo.gl .qr
Since I don’t use twitter, I’m not a big user of URL shorteners, but this new one from Google looks pretty good. My favorite feature is that if you tack .qr on the end of the URL it gives you, then you get an image with a QR code to go with your URL. So, for example, the goo.gl URL for this post is: http://goo.gl/tedl, and the QR code for this post is this:
If you scanned that on your smartphone, it would lead you back to this post. Isn’t that neat. It’s sort of a blog quine.
