Head of the Charles

We went in to the Head of the Charles for a little while today. It was a busy weekend, but we convinced ourselves that we needed to go because Tom had homework for his photography class. He found a lot of things to take pictures of there with the crowds …

… and the boats.

But mostly what the kids did was eat.

There’s always lots of good food at the Head of the Charles, and lots of tents giving away free samples of various types of goodies. I think that the boys tried all of them.

It wasn’t very sunny, but it wasn’t rainy or cold, so it was a pretty good day. Everyone had a lot of fun watching the races.
