Happy Meal
I finished up the back end of the engine today. That included replacing the O-ring on the crank angle sensor, which had been leaking, the cool new, lightweight flywheel, …
and a new clutch. For the clutch, I used what Flyin Miata calls their Level 1 Happy Meal.
It’s very purple, isn’t it? I think that I’m glad it’s going to be hiding inside the bellhousing. I had a bit of a struggle getting the clutch pilot bearing into its spot, but everything else went very smoothly, with Tom’s help.
Tom and I also put a new battery in the truck. The old one was 7 years old, and winter’s coming. A fun day in the “gruge”.
