Balanced Ternary Clock
Here’s a short clip of a balanced ternary clock I wrote using the MATLAB class I posted the other day.
In this clock, the green dots represent 1, the red dots represent –1, and the stippled grey dots represent 0. The rightmost column is the 1’s place and the leftmost column is the 81’s place.
The animation starts at u00:un00u:un0n0 (ie 9:55:51):, runs until u00:un0u0:0u00u (ie 9:57:28), and then starts over.
