CWRU
Tom and I are off visiting college again. Today we visited Case Western Reserve in Cleveland. It’s not a school I knew much about until recently, but it seems pretty once. Tom described it as a blend of Tufts and Northeastern. Like Tufts, it’s a pretty diverwe place, and the small engineering school is well integrated into a lot of other things going on around campus. Like Northeastern it’s in the city, in an area surrounded by museums and concert halls. The botanical garden in particular looked like a good place to go on a cold winter day.
We were pretty lucky with the weather today. It clouded up and started drozzling as we were leaving town, but the morning was nice and sunny. Hopefully we’ll be lucky again tomorrow. Tomorrow we’re off to Pittsburgh to visit CMU. Then we head back home.
