Eydon Ramble
Chris & I are in the UK for a while. It is our first time out of the US since before the pandemic started. The flight over was much easier than we expected, once Chris had all the Covid tests sorted. We were on a 787 with less than 100 passengers so there was lots of room.
We’re based in a little village called Eydon. It was a beautiful sunny morning today, so we went on a bit of a ramble on some of the footpaths & bridle paths around the village.
The fields were filled with sheep, …
… pheasants, and horses.
Including this one which was insistently demanding that we give it a treat.
Unfortunately we hadn’t brought anything to share.
However, we did find some treats for ourselves further down the path. The blackberries are at their absolute peak right now and are so yummy.
The path goes back and forth across the river Cherwell and connects up to the long Jurassic Way.
